20/05/2015 meeting held in Hong Kong restaurant, Sarabha nagar market, Ludhiana. The points discussed were.
- Auditing of accounts considered mandatory.
- New account to be opened, till the old account gets audited.
- New stationary to be purchased.
- Next CME’s to be conducted.
- New banner with the theme for 2015 – 2016 to be made.

11/07/15 meeting held at Nik Bakers, Kipps market, Ludhiana.
- Meeting attended by 11 members of the managing council.
- Time and venue for the next CME decided.

01/08/15 meeting held in Maharaja Regency, Ferozpur Road, Ludhiana.
- Up coming CME s discussed.
- Regarding auditing of accounts, request made to the previous President, otherwise the new team to take up this job for the smooth functioning of the society.

15/09/15 meeting held at Barista coffee house, Model Town, Ludhiana.
- A full day CME cum workshop planned for 27/09/15.
- The preparations for the same, were discussed, the venue chosen.
- The permission of holding the event taken from Punjab Medical Council, Mohali.
- The credit hours to be allotted by Punjab Medical Council.

17/10/15 monthly meeting held at Coffee Café Day Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana.The points discussed were
- Further CMEs to be held, topics decided.
- A cultural event to be planned by the end of year, duties assigned.
- Office assistant to be changed.

24/11/15 monthly meeting held at Green and Garlics, Model Town, Ludhiana.
- PCPNDT meet decided to be held in association with IMA Ludhiana as well as by the Govt. bodies.
- The civil surgeon and DFPO contacted were the same.

- Meeting attended by 10 managing council members.
- President of the new team of LOGS, Dr. Saroj Aggarwal declared that she got the old accounts audited.
- The preparation of the cultural event to be held on 24/12/15 discussed.

- CME to be held in Feb, 2016.
- Women’s Day to be celebrated on 08/03/16.
- Annual membership of the LOGS members to be sent to FOGSI

- Women’s day celebration discussed.
- Venue decided, cultural activities like skits and choreographies discussed.
- 10 empowered women to be honoured.

- It was decided that IMA members also to be invited for 08/03/16 celebration.
